Business Development Manager

Sales
Minimum 7 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in furniture manufacturing or related industries is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in securing and managing mid- to large-scale projects.
Strong network within architects, designers, contractors, or developers.
Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, specifications, and lead times.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a project-based environment.

Business Development Executive

Sales
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in furniture, interiors, manufacturing, or construction-related industries is a plus.
Support lead generation, client outreach, and opportunity development.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
Coordinate with internal teams on project requirements and timelines.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Quantity Surveyor

Production
Minimum 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, or fit-out industries.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and material pricing.
Coordinate with project, production, and procurement teams.
Track project valuations, claims, and final accounts.
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and measurements.
